Founder of MentorsPro LLC, Daniela is an ICF Master Certified Coach, an EMCC-accredited supervisor (ESIA), a Chartered MCIPD, and a faculty member at Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders.
She is the author of Schemas in Leadership and has supported leaders and coaches at organizations including Amazon, Google, Walmart, Capital One, and Takeda. Her work brings together two decades of experience in executive development, psychometrics, and coaching supervision.
