A copy of Schemas in Leadership for each participant, plus a 15-minute reflection on how each leader tends to react under pressure. Developmental, not clinical.
- The half-day
Live workshop
About 3.5 hours, online or on site in New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania. Why capable leaders repeat what doesn’t work; the patterns under leadership behavior; each leader’s own patterns; the team pattern map; interrupting the pattern; team agreements.

Team pattern map
A one-page summary for the team leader: the patterns most likely to collide, what they cost, and where to start.
- After 30 days
Follow-up session
A 60-minute session to review each leader’s 30-day experiment and lock in what works.

- Each leader’s two or three most active patterns, their triggers and their cost.
- Practical ways to interrupt a pattern in the moment.
- Team agreements for the situations that usually go wrong.
