The Mastery of Coaching is not another coaching course. It is a rigorous, 175-hour transformation designed for experienced coaches ready to step into Professional Certified Coach (PCC) mastery — and to coach at the level the ICF assessors are truly looking for.
Over 10 integrated modules, you will move from competency knowledge to competency embodiment. You will not just learn the ICF Core Competencies — you will live them in every session, receive expert mentor coaching on your real recordings, and emerge with a fully prepared PCC credential portfolio.

Module 6 — Facilitating Client Growth & Accountability (18 hrs)
From insight to action, with the client firmly at the center.
Module 7 — Coaching in Context: Culture, Systems & Stakeholders (16 hrs)

Module 8 — Advanced Coaching Practice (18 hrs)
